What We Do
Inspiration 1 is in the business of providing Facilitation Services and Educational Consulting. Our Essential Roots require our work to be inclusive and collaborative. The work we do holds space for difficult conversations. We design and facilitate Inclusion initiatives. We develop training to enhance Emotional Intelligence. We help to improve organizational culture, and we facilitate meetings, retreats, and workshops that stay on task, end on time, are impactful, and honor individual contributions. The work we do is structured according to the i1 Algorithm, a three phase model of Connection, Community, and Practice. i1designs and executes impactful personal development, professional learning experiences, and organizational training across sectors and industries. Facilitation
In basic terms, Facilitation is moving a group toward a goal. This usually happens in a meeting or series of meetings. In an increasingly multi-cultural society, miscommunication can cause problems, and feelings of inequity can arise, causing delays and blockages.

Education
Inspiration 1 views Education as the delivering a curriculum in such a way that the learning is accessible, relevant, impactful, and individual identities and contributions are valued. The i1 Algorithm grew from a union of Emotional Intelligence and Inclusive Practices. Learners are welcomed and invited to bring their authentic selves, connecting them to the learning space. From that connection, we build a supportive learning community. The final step is to engage in a practice that has been adapted to fit achieve the stated purpose.
