Inspiration 1 is has been welcomed into the HTI Catalysts, a collaborative network of consultants. “HTI has consistently enhanced organizational capacity by providing meeting facilitation, skill-building, leadership coaching and program design since 1993,” and offers facilitation, coaching, and program design. The work of a Catalysts is to “foster communication and connection, cultivate cultural awareness, and enhance the skills of participants.”
