i1 is excited to be a part of the Community Build Ventures (CBV) Cooperative. CBV champions freedom from institutional and structural racism. Their healing and restorative methodology promises to make racial equity a regular practice. The Cooperative brings together consultants from differing professions and all walks of life in order to the impact of their work. Affecting half a million people nationwide, CBV leads organizations to understand, embody, and embrace racial equity and justice.

Inspiration 1's i1 Algorithm aligns with CBV’s mission. We look forward to a supporting role as CBV seeks to design and implement racial equity-centered culture and strategies to help organizations achieve racial equity.
