Inspiration 1 partnered with BMEsTalk, providing support in the development and launch of its Catalyst (4 days in person) & Incubator (8 month hybrid). The two programs are part of the BMEsTalk Leadership Development series.

CREATE is a nurturing "community of thriving educators who embody justice-centered practices" who challenge oppressive structures. Equity Centered Critical Friends is a 4 day institute for educators who want to update their skills, dispositions, and embodiment of what equitable education looks like today.

Presence -Power - Impaact (PPI) is an interactive institute during which participants explore how the practices of compassion and discernment enhance their presence power and impact. The 4 day intensive institute engages the practices and research behind Emory University's Cognitively Based Compassion Training (CBCT). Inspiration 1 is proud to be on the team of pioneers brining this program to the virtual space.
